Our FB series was originally designed for machining railway and tram turnouts, elements of rails and tongue profiles. It has the necessary power and torque to machine these tough materials. We have designed special angular heads to keep over 5000Nm during every operation. FB series is prepared for ISO 60 tool taper and is equipped with built in house tool changer. Using our experience we also deliver the necessary clamping solutions. Today we can proudly say that the top European switches manufactures are machining on our FB heavy duty milling machines. When it comes to wheelsets we can offer our design capabilities as well as dedicated machine tools.

We have experience in designing the complete wheelsets manufacturing departments which includes:

• layout based on the technological process
• complete technology (machining from raw material, sub-assembly and final assembly, all required measuring including non-destructive testing)
• internal transportation and dedicated lifting devices
• all the separate stands for sub-assembly and testing
• preparation of technical specification for all equipment.

We also offer specialized machine tools for wheels, tyres and axles machining.
