RAIL CLAMPS – how to do it right.
We have a wide range of special equipment prepared for our machine tools, including various workpiece clamping systems. Their task is to immobilize the workpiece during machining.
For the machining of rail forgings, we offer special rail clamps that can be used on our FB series milling machines.
ADVANTAGES OF RAIL CLAMPS
- rigidity (design prepared to transfer high cutting forces)
- precision of workpiece (in this case rail)
- time saving compared to manual clamping (entire machining takes place in an automatic cycle)
- versatility, i.e. possibility of use for both left and right rails
