What the Quality Book is?
Transparency is our primary value. At every stage of the project we welcome our customers to visit and witness the production process. We also document the process by creating QUALITY BOOKS. For each key component (like headstock) we deliver a set of certificates proving the highest quality of our products.
What you can find in our Quality Books?
- Material certificates of key parts
- Certificates of origin of key parts
- Internal mid-assembly measurements
- Final measuring cards
- 3D drawings with detailed descriptions
The weakest part determines the failure – free life of a heavy – duty machine tool. In DTI we take care of every single part and we can prove it.
During final acceptance, we provide the customer with Quality Books and manuals as well as dedicated training for operators and maintenance department.
