The use of cast bodies, 4-rail beds, sliding guides, a square quill with a maximum cross-section of 800 mm x 800 mm and ball screws with a diameter of up to 100 mm allows for maintaining appropriate rigidity and accuracy of machining even the largest details.

DTi TV lathes offer:

  • axial and radial spindle runout: 0.003 mm
  • axis positioning accuracy: 0.008 mm / 1 m
  • positioning repeatability: 0.005 mm

Available operations: turning, milling, drilling, boring, threading, grinding, polishing, burnishing, taper machining.

In the most advanced configuration: up to 24 CNC axes and complete shaft machining in a single setup, enabled by an innovative pallet system.
